A Note from Our President
As a family business, we've been supporting the beauty industry for decades. My father, a former CPA and CFO, became an 8-location salon and spa owner and witnessed firsthand the critical gaps in financial literacy that impact professionals well into their careers.
Today, I regularly speak for top beauty brands such as Estée Lauder, Wella, Bobbi Brown, Paul Mitchell, Schwarzkopf, and more to elevate professionals' financial confidence through education and data. The biggest lesson I've learned? It all starts with students and the education they receive before entering the workforce.
Currently, 80% of beauty and wellness professionals enter the industry with zero financial education, which perpetuates the narrative that "you can't make money in this career." But our data tells a different story: we see professionals can earn an average of $85,000 per year when they work a standard 40 hour workweek within an established business.
